02The Standard
Specialised institutions, not one company.
FOUNDER HEADQUARTERS is deliberately not a single operating company with divisions. The structure is an argument about accountability, and it is the part of the mandate most often misread as complexity.

Combining unlike work inside one company blurs who is accountable for what. Separating it forces each mandate to be written down, assigned, and defensible on its own terms.

Different work deserves different specialists
Capital allocation, engineering, design, development, education, interactive entertainment, and heritage stewardship reward different instincts. A structure that pretends otherwise gets an average of all of them.
