How I decide
Intelligence before motion.
Military service, operations, markets, investment management, entrepreneurship: each asked the same things of me. Prepare properly, understand the risk, own the consequence, and learn fast enough to improve the next decision. That is why I build the way I do.

Read the board, then move. I preserve optionality until the evidence supports conviction, and I want to know what the whole board looks like before a piece moves. Good strategy is not activity disguised as progress; it is the discipline of choosing what not to do, and when.
What I am building
